Poorly designed.
Pros: doesn't seem to fade except when come in contact with certain cleaning wipes. Inside is very fuzzy and comfortable for the first couple months.Cons: As an average size female, I can fit both arms in the same sleeve without them touching. This excess fabric can drag in bodily fluids when working with patients and causes uncomfortable fabric folds when resting arms on hard surfaces. After a year of use the cuffs show significant wear. The inside of the collar is lined with the same durable material that the elbow patches are made of. If you tend dip your chin into the collar against the cold frequently, it is exfoliating to the point of soreness. Even after a year of wear, the collar is still so hard that when it folds in everyday use, it's stiff enough to snag hair.

Good Stuff

I have two similar job shirts from a different brand, which were a bit more expensive, but I could not find one in dark blue, so I chose the Propper version. For the price, this is a decent, comfortable pullover. Plenty of pockets, albeit a little shallow on the side pockets. Looks good with tactical pants for everyday wear. I'd buy again.

This is my second job shirt, lost the other in a move. So had to get another and I love it. The only issue I see is the material on the elbows are not as tough as the first.

1/4 Zip Pullovers

I have worn Propper uniform gear for years, I like the fact that they seem to run a bit big, I purchased both the fleece and wind proof duty shirts for work, but both were extremely short waisted, well fitting everywhere else but not near long enough. There was no option for regular or tall. I will need to send them both back and try another manufacturer. :(

My favorite Job Shirt to date.
Owned countless Job Shirts from many brands and this is now my second from Propper.. PropperÂ's are definitely my favorite. Thick very soft/warm, and best of all, they donÂ't fade after 6 months! ItÂ's awesome that theyÂ're actually cheaper than most any other brand IÂ've seen. Highly recommend.
