Displaying the Operational Camouflage Pattern authorized by both the U.S. Army and Air Force, the Propper Nylon / Cotton OCP Uniform Coat is made to meet or exceed strict military standards for the ultimate protection. The term OCP began with the Army and the name ACU (Army Combat Uniform) is often used interchangeably with it. Airmen may hear it referred to as the Combat Utility Uniform in official guidance from the Air Force. This coat is thoughtfully designed with intelligent features in the most effective camouflage available. The fold-down collar promotes a professional appearance while substantial upper-sleeve pockets provide plenty of storage and room for patch placement. Built to hold up, it also features both reinforced elbows and military-grade stitching.

Retains shape, less stretch than 100% cotton

This looks sharp and seems to retain a more wrinkle free appearance across washes than the 100% cotton version and what you get at the BX. That said, if you’re waist fluctuates a bit or your stable and the cotton version has a comfortably snug you may want to consider a size up. There is little give with these. Very happy. Will buy again.

Quality Control Issue

I liked it but I have quality control issues this time around with Propper . This is a Med/Regular but the sleeves are way too long. Had to roll sleeves up 3 times to get sleeves up to wrist length. Material very stiff will take 3 to 4 washings to soften up just like my Poly/Cotton OCP set. Just not happy with their QC this time around.

I love this army jacket it’s a little big but still love it only thing I would love to have packets on the front Excellent quality and very comfortable Very highly recommend this jacket if you support our US Army

Fit issue

I measure a 38 chest, so I ordered a Medium... too big and if I were to go get it altered, I would end up taking in about 5" on the sides! The flare at the bottom is surprisingly odd and not for trim folks. The picture is deceiving and makes it look like a form fit, it is not. This is not this site's issue it is poor design by the manufacturer.
