Rothco has gone to crap! The hole for the head is to small, barely fits my kids head. The material is thin and it will tear if you pull to hard on it. Comes with no pouch for it like it use to. The seems around the neck leak water, defeats the whole purpose.

I thought it would be

I thought it would be more heavy duty then it is. I work outside in all elements our weather throws. But so far it is keeping me dry
