It looks better online, if you're buying it in a pinch to save a couple of bucks and don't want to spend money on higher quality for everyday use that would beat up your shoe, then this would be ok.

THIS IS A HIGHSHINE SHOE

This shoe is a little big; I wear an 11.5, so I ordered a size 11. I like these shoes because I make them shine like a mirror. I do recommend this shoe. I will be ordering another pair in 6 months.

These shoes didn't work out for me

This shoe didn't work out very well for me. I wore them to work for 3 days and haven't worn them since. The soul has kind of a honeycomb pattern that wasn't very comfortable, and the upper part of the shoe dug into my ankle.I would've returned them, but the website states they cannot be worn and must have original packaging for returns

Unattractive and Uncomfortable

These shoes are both unattractive and uncomfortable. They are exceptionally wide, my foot has room to slide side to side, and the top of the tongue is sharp and rubs the front of my ankle when walking. I had Bates shoes previously and would pay more for those again. I would not buy these again or recommend these to anyone.

GOODNESS, I miss reliable US sizing!From the age of about 15 into my fifties, I could go into any shoe store and order a "9 and 1/2 wide" and be reasonably certain that the shoes that came out would fit me well and break-in quickly.That's because the shoes were made by American workers in American factories.NO MORE!These shoes are excruciatingly tight in all the wrong places -- and offer little protection from the concrete surfaces on which I spend hours."Duty shoe?"Hardly.

Good shoe. Of course, because it is not a custom tailored show you'll still need to add some insoles if you plan to spend hours standing and patrolling especially through various terrain. But once I added some orthodontic inserts for heel support I can knock out an entire shift with no problems in these shoes.
