Not true to size

They aren't true to size in fit. You should order up a size. 38 fits like a 36.I remembered this after I ordered them. Since they had been hemmed, I chose to keep them and give them to someone else on my shift.

Back belt loop doesn't comfortably accommodate my suspenders I wear due to not having anything to hold my pants up or just a pear shaped grimace looking body

Nice material but super baggy and a bit longer at the inseam. I normally wear at size 34 with a 30 inseam. Pants were about 1 inch to inch and half longer. Not an issue if wearing boots but anything else it would be too long.

Almost 5 Starts

These are a great pair of EMS pants as I've owned two so far. However, the color begins to fade significantly after a couple of months of routine use to the point where the navy becomes a bright air force blue. The ripstop fabric also begins to look noticeably "tired" after the same period of time. Other cons include the pants being "loud" when walking due to the fabric, as well as the trauma shear tabs on the side pockets being completely Velcro with no buttons as backups should the Velcro wear out. Otherwise, these are great "casual" EMS pants, though something I would not wear with a formal uniform or dress shirt.

functionality but not comfort

Don't buy if you live in a hot humid area!!! They do not breath, the crotch is just above your knees, but they hold up to the work and washing. Just prepare to sweat and keep a water bottle and towel with you.

Definitely recommend.

I've been wearing these pants for the past year working in Fire/EMS, and I really like them! They broke in well, are very comfortable, and aren't as stiff as some pairs that I've worn. They also have great pockets. I would definitely recommend them!
