1. Waist

Measure around waist, where you normally wear your pants. Measure over shirt, but not over slacks or belt.

2. Hip

Measure at the fullest part of your hips. Make sure tape is comfortable and not too tight.

3. Inseam

Measure from the crotch along inseam leg to desired length. (Wear the shoes you intend to wear the pants with.) If you have a similar pair of well-fitting pants, lay them flat, measure along inseam from crotch to bottom of hem.

Old style is much better!

I have been wearing the Phanthom pants for years. I ordered these hoping they would be close to the others. Totally different pants. The fit, material, pocket design, etc. they should have named something else bc anyone who has ever ordered the others will be disappointed. I returned item Hopefully, they will bring back the original ones!

These run VERY large for me compared to their previous models. I wish I would have went with the shorter inseam. I feel like I'm absolutely swimming in these with a 36in inseam. For reference, I wear a 34W-36L in pretty much everything from jeans to dress pants and even previous vertx products. It's too late now but I wish I would have known they changed the cut so much. The layout is pretty decent but I find they run warmer than their previous stuff as well. The Phantom Ops was perfect, I don't know why they had to discontinue them. Unfortunate for sure.

By far the best Duty pants I have ever worn. Very comfortable, move easily when moving and running. They also don't rub the crap out of your legs and keep things in your pockets a bit closer so they don't swing back and forth. I am very active on my feet and constantly moving, these pants have made me being active much more comfortable. FYI I ordered 34x30s they were a bit long, they got a bit more snug than other pants I have had before. This was a positive though

Man oh man I'll tell you that these things are worth it. They feel great. They carry all my stuff. I can flex and move and it just really makes my work day a lot less stressful because, well, I never thought of pants as a tool; but these pants are very useful tool.

Have only worn them once. They're pretty comfortable. Would be better if there wasn't a knee pocket. The Velcro makes it a little weird.
